 A homage to Akhenaten, the great revolutionary Egyptian pharaoh as well as the eponymous opera by Phillip Glass. The unique recipe incorporates over 40 spices, bark, roots and dried fruits and nuts, partly inspired by the ancient Egyptians’ selection of botanicals and spices used during the mummification process. With notes of cumin, coriander, peppermint, cloves, basil, chamomile, cedar, eucalyptus and myrrh, among others. 36% ABV

This liqueur presents a flavor profile that echoes the essence of artichokes, featuring a warm and aromatic, toasty aroma complemented by a subtle bitterness and grassy notes, along with a touch of sweetness. Hierba Luisa, which hails from India and flourishes in South America, is renowned for its therapeutic benefits. This perennial grass is part of the Poaceae family and emits a charming lemon fragrance from every part, often referred to as "lemon grass" or "yerba limon." Our liqueur encapsulates this essence, providing a vibrant infusion of zesty citrus and herbal notes, rounded off with a soothing finish. 35% ABV

Carmelite water otherwise known as Eau de Melisse, is a traditional herbal spirit that has stood the test of time. Its characteristic feature comes from a fresh and citrusy herb, lemon balm. The Sugar Monk recipe is prepared with alcohol, lemon balm, angelica, coriander, cassia, cloves, citrus zest and nutmeg among others.
